Panic Attacks

 - I am calm

- I am able to let go of panic

- I am a relaxed person

- I am in control

- I am safe and secure

- I breath easily and naturally

- I am able to mentally detach from panic attacks 

- I will eliminate panic attacks 

- I will stay calm under pressure 

- I will always stay in control

- I will remind myself that I am safe 

- I will be okay

- I am in control of my breathing 

- I will maintain focus and control 

- I am feeling more relaxed

- I will overcome panic attacks

- I am letting go of panic attacks 

- I am in control 

- I feel calm and relaxed

- I am panic free

- I am confident and strong

- My life is calm, relaxed and panic free 

- I am always calm and will remain calm in tricky situations 

- I am more and more in control of my panic attacks 

- When I feel anxious I deeply breath in and out 

- Deeply breathing in makes me feel calm and relaxed 

- I am getting better each day at dealing with panic 

- I am stronger than the panic attacks 

-I can handle anything because I’m in charge
