How to use affirmations?
Affirmations should be used in the present tense or in the now. They have to be repeated three to five times or more a day, every day, until you achieve your goal. You can say them out loud or mentally whatever suits you whenever you can. Remember to be persistent and patient. Have passion and feeling when you are affirming and try not to think of negative things, maintaining the positivity is crucial. You can record your affirmations and listen to them when you’re relaxed in a quiet and comfortable room.
